Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 124/QD-LDTBXH dated January 22, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the issuance of the Action Program to implement tasks and plans on labor, persons with meritorious service, and social affairs in 2007;
Pursuant to Decision No. 131/QD-LDTBXH dated January 23, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the allocation of the state budget for 2007;
Pursuant to Decision No. 830/QD-LDTBXH dated June 19, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the approval of the Project to build a database of social assistance beneficiaries;
