DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the establishment of the Postal Region I Bureau under the General Post Office Corporation

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/CP dated March 11, 1996 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Post Office Corporation;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Post Office Corporation and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Postal Region I Bureau under the General Post Office Corporation shall be established to assist the Director of the General Post Office Corporation in performing state management functions over postal services, telecommunications, and radio frequency in the northern provinces and cities.
The Postal Region I Bureau shall have its own seal, bank account, and office located in Hanoi City.
Article 2. The functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Postal Region I Bureau shall be regulated by the Director of the General Post Office Corporation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Director of the General Post Office Corporation, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
