DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Thai Binh and Thinh Lang wards under Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province and the Minister of Home Affairs.
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the Thai Binh and Thinh Lang wards under Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province are established as follows:
1. Establishing Thai Binh ward based on the entire natural area and population of Thai Binh commune. Thai Binh ward has 1,198.89 hectares of natural area and 5,242 inhabitants. The administrative boundary of Thai Binh ward: East borders Dân Chủ commune and Cham Mat ward; West borders Thai Thinh commune and Cao Phong district; South borders Cao Phong district; North borders Phuong Lam ward.
2. Establishing Thinh Lang ward based on the entire natural area and population of Thinh Lang commune. Thinh Lang ward has 288.05 hectares of natural area and 4,534 inhabitants. The administrative boundary of Thinh Lang ward: East borders Dong Tien ward and Ky Son district; West borders Tan Hoa and Tan Thinh wards; South borders Tan Thinh and Dong Tien wards; North borders Tan Hoa ward and Ky Son district.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
