Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

AFTER CONSIDERING THE OPINION OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT IN CIRCULAR NO. 5887/GTVT-CDB DATED OCTOBER 27, 2004 REGARDING THE NON-CHARGING OF FEES FOR MOTORCYCLES AT THE DUC TRONG AND DINH QUAN TOLL STATIONS;

At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. PROVISIONALLY NOT TO CHARGE ROAD USE FEES ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY 20 AT DINH QUAN TOLL STATION – KM 51+940 (DONG NAI PROVINCE) AND DUC TRONG TOLL STATION – KM 203+500 (LAM DONG PROVINCE) FOR TWO-WHEEL MOTORCYCLES, THREE-WHEEL MOTORCYCLES, TWO-WHEEL MOTORCYCLE ATTACHMENTS, THREE-WHEEL MOTORCYCLE ATTACHMENTS, AND SIMILAR VEHICLES UNTIL A NEW REGULATION IS ISSUED.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF FEES, UNITS ASSIGNED BY THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT TO COLLECT ROAD USE FEES ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY 20 AT DINH QUAN TOLL STATION – KM 51+940 (DONG NAI PROVINCE) AND DUC TRONG TOLL STATION – KM 203+500 (LAM DONG PROVINCE), AND RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
