THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the proposal of the Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Director of the Crop Production Directorate,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision “The Regulation on Certification of Good Agricultural Practices (VietGAP) for Safe Vegetables, Fruits, and Tea”.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office; The Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; The Director of the Crop Production Directorate; Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces/cities directly under the central government, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
