DECREE
On suspending the effect of certain provisions in Decree No. 58/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2017, providing detailed regulations for some articles of the Vietnam Maritime Code concerning maritime activity management.

Pursuant to the Law onGovernment Organization enacted on June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities enacted on June 22, 2015;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
The Government issues this Decree on suspending the effect of certain provisions in Decree No. 58/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2017 of the Government providing detailed regulations for some articles of the Vietnam Maritime Code concerning maritime activity management.
Article 1. Suspension of effect on certain provisions in Decree No. 58/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2017 of the Government providing detailed regulations for some articles of the Vietnam Maritime Code concerning maritime activity management.
1. Suspension of effect on Article 82, Article 83, Article 84, Article 85, Article 86 and point b clause 2 Article 124 of Decree No. 58/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 10, 2017 of the Government providing detailed regulations for some articles of the Vietnam Maritime Code concerning maritime activity management until June 30, 2018.
2. Continued implementation of electronic procedures for vessels entering, exiting, transiting, arriving at and departing from ports and operating in Vietnamese territorial waters through the National Single Window mechanism as provided for in Decision No. 34/2016/QĐ-TTg dated August 23, 2016 of the Prime Minister on electronic procedures for vessels entering and exiting ports, inland waterway ports, and offshore oil and gas terminals through the National Single Window mechanism until June 30, 2018.
Article 2. Effectiveness
This Decree takes effect from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
Article 3. Implementation
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and other government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
