Regarding the Granting of Vietnamese Citizenship

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Xth National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 84/TTr-CP dated May 30, 2006.
DECISION:
Article 1. Grant Vietnamese citizenship to 15 individuals whose names are listed in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the individuals named in the List under Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
