 THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structurey of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies;, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2012/NĐ-CP of February 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating the agencies entrusted with the function of specialized inspection and activities of specialized inspection;

At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs within its authority that have ceased to be legally effective is hereby announced together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units under the direct management of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision.
