THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Based on the Government's Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the "Regulation on Investment Construction Management" issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government;
Pursuant to document No. 3355/BXD-VKT dated December 24, 1999 of the Ministry of Construction agreeing to the Unit Price for Specialized Construction Works of Testing, Electrical Calibration of Power Lines and Transformer Stations;
Delegating the Management Boards of High-Tech Zones in provinces and centrally governed cities the authority to approve plans for importing finished products to combine with export products and to approve the liquidation of machinery, equipment, transportation means, materials, and raw materials of joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, export processing enterprises, and contractual joint ventures under the management of the delegated authority.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this Decision is the "Unit Price for Specialized Construction Works of Testing, Electrical Calibration of Power Lines and Transformer Stations".
Article 2. This Unit Price shall be used for preparing, reviewing, examining, tender pricing, and final settlement for construction installation projects permitted under bidding for testing, electrical calibration of power lines, and transformer stations.
Article 3. The Unit Price for Specialized Construction Works of Testing, Electrical Calibration of Power Lines and Transformer Stations shall be uniformly applied nationwide from January 1, 1999, replacing the previous Unit Price for Specialized Construction Works of Testing, Electrical Calibration of Power Lines and Transformer Stations issued together with Decision No. 3982/QD-KHDT dated December 30, 1996 of the Ministry of Industry.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of relevant Departments, General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and related units are responsible for implementing this decision./.
