DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the establishment of Lam Thuy Commune under Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Establish Lam Thuy Commune under Le Thuy District based on 24,100 hectares of natural area and 1,069 population from Ngan Thuy Commune.
Administrative boundaries of Lam Thuy Commune: East borders Kim Thuy Commune; West borders Quang Ninh District; South borders the Lao People's Democratic Republic; North borders Ngan Thuy Commune. After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Lam Thuy Commune, Ngan Thuy Commune will retain 17,500 hectares of natural area and 1,410 population.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree shall be abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
