REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNES UNDER THE DISTRICTS OF NUOI THANH AND DIEN BAN, QUANG NAM PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the administrative boundaries are adjusted to establish communes under the districts of Nui Thanh and Dien Ban, Quang Nam Province as follows:
1. Dividing Tam My Commune under Nui Thanh District into Tam My Dong Commune and Tam My Tay Commune.
- Tam My Dong Commune has 1,727 hectares of natural area and 6,400 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Tam My Dong Commune: East borders Tam Nghi Commune; West borders Tam My Tay Commune; South borders Quang Ngai Province; North borders Tam Hiep and Nui Thanh Town Communes.
- Tam My Tay Commune has 5,104 hectares of natural area and 5,869 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Tam My Tay Commune: East borders Tam My Dong Commune; West borders Tam Tra Commune; South borders Quang Ngai Province; North borders Tam Thach and Tam Hiep Communes.

Article 3. The People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
