DECREE-LAW

No. 85 dated May 30, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of cadres,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 58 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Interior,

At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,

After being approved by the Council of Ministers.

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:

Article 1

The position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Interior is hereby assigned to Mr. Đặng Việt Châu.

Article 2

The Minister of Interior and the Minister of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
