DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Regarding the amendment of the transaction name of the foreign bank branch at point d, clause 3, Article 5 of the "Regulations on the Banking, Credit Organization, and State Treasury Code System that have opened accounts with the State Bank for direct payment transactions" issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, authorities, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Amending the transaction name of the foreign bank Hanvit Bank branch in Hanoi - number 23 at point d, clause 3, Article 5 "Regulations on the Banking, Credit Organization, and State Treasury Code System that have opened accounts with the State Bank for direct payment transactions" issued together with Decision No. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 dated February 22, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank as follows:

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Department Heads of Accounting-Finance, Director of the Bank Information Technology Department, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally-administered cities; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Organizations and State Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision.
