DECISION NO. 852/QĐ-TL OF NOVEMBER 24, 1981 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES ON THE REGULATIONS ON SMALL IRRIGATION WORKS

MINISTER OF WATER RESOURCES

Pursuant to Decree No. 88-CP dated March 6, 1979 of the Council of Ministers on the organization and operation of the Ministry of Water Resources;

Pursuant to Decree No. 232-CP dated June 6, 1981 of the Council of Ministers on the Regulations on Basic Construction Management;

To meet the requirements for the development of irrigation work under new circumstances;

At the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Water Resources Economics.

Article 1. The attached regulations on small irrigation works are hereby issued. All previous provisions that conflict with these regulations are abolished.

Article 2. The heads of functional agencies under the Ministry of Water Resources and the directors of provincial water resources departments are responsible for implementing this decision.
