THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1436/QD-BNN-HTQT dated May 20, 2009 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development approving the technical assistance project "Sustainable Forest Management Support Program, Trade and Marketing of Major Timber Products in Vietnam";

Upon the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approve the 2011 Plan for the Project "Sustainable Forest Management Support Program, Trade and Marketing of Major Timber Products in Vietnam". The details of the plan are set forth in the attached annexes.

Article 2. Assign the Forest Administration, the Project Management Board of the "Sustainable Forest Management Support Program, Trade and Marketing of Major Timber Products in Vietnam" to coordinate with relevant agencies and participating provinces to implement the plan according to schedule and in compliance with current State regulations and donor requirements on project fund management and utilization.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Forest Administration, the Project Manager, and the heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
