DECISION

Regarding the announcement of the list of appraisal organizations permitted to provide enterprise valuation services in 2006 (second round)

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to Circular No. 126/2004/TT-BTC dated December 24, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance guiding Decree No. 187/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Institutions.

DECISION:

Article 1. Announce with this Decision the "List of appraisal organizations permitted to provide enterprise valuation services in 2006 (second round)."

Article 2. The appraisal organizations listed in Article 1 of this Decision are authorized to provide enterprise valuation services as prescribed by Decree No. 187/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The People's Committee Chairmen of centrally-administered provinces and cities, Ministries, agencies with equivalent status to ministries, State-owned corporations, appraisal organizations, and heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
