Regarding the establishment of the Quang Ngai Customs Office

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/CP dated March 7, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Minister, the Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Quang Ngai Customs Office under the General Department of Customs shall be established. The Quang Ngai Customs Office shall have its own seal, separate account, and office located in Quang Ngai Province.
Article 2. The Director General of the General Department of Customs shall stipulate the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Quang Ngai Customs Office.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Minister, the Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
