DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF VIETNAM LABOR EXPORT ASSOCIATION
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of Vietnam Labor Export Association, the proposal of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and that of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of Vietnam Labor Export Association.
Article 2. Vietnam Labor Export Association shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs in its association activities.
Vietnam Labor Export Association shall finance and provide means for its operations on its own.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of Vietnam Labor Export Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations and the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
