Issuing Model Animal Health Inspection Records,
Animal Product Inspection Records; Veterinary Sanitation Inspection
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and the Director of the Livestock Production Department;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Animal Health Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The "Model Animal Health Inspection Record, Animal Product Inspection Record; Veterinary Sanitation Inspection" is hereby issued together with this Decision;
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Decision No. 609/NN-TY/QĐ dated September 6, 1994 of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) on issuing model inspection records, slaughter control, veterinary sanitation inspection of animals and animal products is hereby repealed;
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of units, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
