THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Processing of Forestry Products and Salt Industry Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Temporarily use the national standard TCVN 4193:2005 for the quality inspection of exported coffee beans before the issuance of technical regulations for coffee.

Article 2. Organizations and individuals exporting coffee beans must conduct quality inspections according to the national standard TCVN 4193:2005 prior to clearance.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Processing of Forestry Products and Salt Industry Department, heads of units, and related individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
