THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Science and Technology No. 21/2000/QH10, June 9, 2000 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Law on Technology Transfer No. 80/2006/QH11, November 29, 2006 of the National Assembly.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying Decision hereby promulgates the Regulations on Recognition of Technological Advances and New Technologies in the Agriculture and Rural Development Sector.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Heads of the Departments under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Heads of units and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
