Regarding the issuance of Financial Regulations for the Relocation of Polluting Facilities and Facilities Required to be Relocated According to Urban Planning

 The Financial Regulations for the Relocation of Polluting Facilities and Facilities Required to be Relocated According to Urban Planning are hereby issued together with this Decision.

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on State Budget dated December 16, 2002;

Based on the Land Law dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of State Property dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2009/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2009 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Management and Use of State Property;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of the Financial Regulations issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from February 15, 2011.

Article 3.

a) Article 9, Article 10 of Decision No. 09/2007/QĐ-TTg dated January 19, 2007 of the Government on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate;

2. Repeal the following provisions:

b) Clause 6, Article 2 of Decision No. 140/2008/QĐ-TTg dated October 21, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing Decision No. 09/2007/QĐ-TTg dated January 19, 2007 of the Government on the reorganization and handling of state-owned real estate.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of Boards of State Economic Groups and State-owned Joint Stock Companies established by Decision of the Prime Minister, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of the Boards of Directors of state-owned economic groups and corporations established by decision of the Prime Minister, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
