Decree No. 86 Regarding the Appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tan as Deputy Director of Military Affairs, Ministry of National Defense

DECREE

NO. 86 AUGUST 2, 1949

PRESIDENT

VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 50-SL dated June 18, 1949 organizing the Ministry of National Defense;

At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense.

In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1

Appoints Mr. Nguyen Tan to hold the position of Deputy Director of Military Affairs at the Ministry of National Defense.

Article 2

The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree.
