DECREE
REGARDING THE DISSOLUTION OF THE AGRICULTURAL COLONY TOWN SÔNG BÔI
IN LẠC THÜR DISTRICT, HOÀ BÌNH PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HOÀ BÌNH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE AGRICULTURAL COLONY TOWN SÔNG BÔI IN LẠC THÜR DISTRICT, HOÀ BÌNH PROVINCE IS DISSOLVED. THE POPULATION CURRENTLY RESIDING IN ĐỒNG TÂM, LẠC LONG, CỐ NGHĨA, LIÊN HOÀ, PHÚ LAO, PHÚ THÀNH AND HƯNG THIÊ COMMUNES UNDER THE TOWN'S JURISDICTION SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE RESPECTIVE COMMUNES.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HOÀ BÌNH PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
