Decision No. 87/2000/QĐ-TTg on delegating the Ministry of Construction to approve adjustments to the overall and detailed planning of functional areas of the Vietnam Ethnic Village - Tourism Project

DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Regarding the delegation to the Ministry of Construction to approve the adjustment

 of the general planning and detailed planning for functional areas of the

 Vietnam Ethnic Cultural Village Tourism Project

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Decision No. 667/TTg dated August 21, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the construction of the Vietnam Ethnic Cultural Village Tourism;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information (in letter No. 2483/VHTT-LVH dated June 27, 2000) and the Minister of Planning and Investment (in letter No. 3343/BKH-VPTĐ dated June 2, 2000),

DECISION:

Article 1. The Prime Minister delegates the Minister of Construction to examine and approve the "adjustment of the general planning" and the "detailed planning for functional areas" of the Vietnam Ethnic Cultural Village Tourism Construction Project.

Article 2. The Ministry of Construction shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Culture and Information, the General Department of Land Administration, the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, and related agencies to unify the adjustment plan for the area of the entrance to the Vietnam Ethnic Cultural Village Tourism to ensure a width of 400 meters in accordance with the conclusion of the Prime Minister as stated in the Government Office's Notification No. 183/TB-VPCP dated September 21, 1999.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

The Ministers of the Ministries, the Heads of ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of agencies under the Government, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities directly under the central government which are concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
