Regarding the establishment of the Customs Office of Quang Nam Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/CP dated March 7, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Customs Office of Quang Nam Province under the General Department of Customs shall be established. The Customs Office of Quang Nam Province shall have its own seal, bank account, and office located in Quang Nam Province.
Article 2. The Director General of the General Department of Customs shall stipulate the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Customs Office of Quang Nam Province.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
