DECREE
Issuing the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Joint Stock Companies,
Limited liability company

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
After reaching consensus with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs.
DECREE:
Article 1. Attached to this Decree is the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Joint Stock Companies and Limited Liability Companies.
Article 2This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Previous regulations that conflict with the attached Regulation are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
The Board of Directors, Members' Council, Chairman of the Company, General Director, and Directors of Joint Stock Companies and Limited Liability Companies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
