THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Securities Law No. 70/2006/QH11 adopted by the National Assembly on June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.
At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Securities Registration, Custody, Netting, and Settlement Rules are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette, superseding Decision No. 60/2004/QD-BTC dated July 15, 2004 of the Minister of Finance on the issuance of the Securities Registration, Custody, Netting, and Settlement Rules.
Article 3. The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Securities Depository Center, Depository Members, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
