Issuing Regulations on the Organization of Miss, First Lady, and Beauty Contests

MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP, dated December 25, 2007, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the proposal of the Director of the Performing Arts Department and the Head of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Regulations on the Organization of Miss, First Lady, and Beauty Contests."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 37/2006/QĐ-BVHTT, dated April 23, 2006, of the Minister of Culture and Information, attached to which are the "Regulations on the Organization of Miss Contests."
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Performing Arts Department, the Directors of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
