DECREE-LAW
No. 87 dated May 30, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the declaration of August 28, 1945 on the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 62 dated May 8, 1946 establishing positions in the Office, Departments, and Bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated May 8, 1946 appointing personnel to positions in the Office, Departments, and Bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and after consultation with the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Mr. Dao Thien Thi, Agricultural Engineer, is hereby appointed as Chief Inspector of Bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2
The Minister of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
