THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 11/1999/NĐ-CP dated March 3, 1999 on prohibited goods for circulation and prohibited commercial services; goods and services with restricted business operations and conditional business operations.
Pursuant to the Office of the Government's Circular No. 5126/VPCP-KTTH dated November 8, 1999 informing the Prime Minister's opinion authorizing the Minister of Trade to issue the Detailed List of Prohibited Goods and Services for Circulation and Prohibited Commercial Services; Goods and Services with Restricted Business Operations and Conditional Business Operations.
DECISION:
Article 1Hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Detailed List of Prohibited Goods and Services for Circulation and Prohibited Commercial Services; Goods and Services with Restricted Business Operations and Conditional Business Operations" as stipulated in Government Decree No. 11/1999/NĐ-CP dated March 3, 1999.
Article 2:This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature./.
