Regarding the issuance of the list of plant protection products for tea plants

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on February 15, 1993;
Pursuant to the Regulation on the management of plant protection products issued together with Decree No. 92-CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance,
Pursuant to Directive No. 87/2001/CT-BNN of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on September 5, 2001 on the management and use of plant protection products for tea plants;
Considering the proposals of the Directors of the Plant Protection Department and the Heads of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Issued together with this decision:

1. The list of plant protection products for tea plants (attached) includes:

1.1. Insecticides: 11 active ingredients with 13 trade names

1.2. Fungicides: 4 active ingredients with 3 trade names;

1.3. Herbicides: All herbicides registered for use on tea plants in the list of permitted plant protection products in Vietnam.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Any previous decisions that conflict with this Decision are hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Plant Protection Department shall be responsible for guiding the use of plant protection products for tea plants.

Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and organizations, individuals within the country and foreigners managing, producing, trading, and using plant protection products in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
