Pursuant to Decree No. 101/ dated October 20, 2015 of ON THE BASIS OF THE DECISION NO. 262/QĐ-BTCCBCP OF AUGUST 7, 2002 OF THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE CIVIL SERVICE BUREAU OF THE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCING THE SUPPLEMENTARY STAFF ESTABLISHMENT QUOTA FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN 2002; Upon consideration of the proposal of the Director of the Ministry’s Office,

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM RUBBER JOINT STOCK CORPORATION AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT; THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DELEGATES TO VIETNAM RUBBER JOINT STOCK CORPORATION THE AUTHORITY TO RECRUIT, MANAGE, AND USE THE STAFF ESTABLISHMENT FOR HEALTH AFFAIRS BELONGING TO THE CORPORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RUBBER INDUSTRY AND SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS: LABOR: THE STAFF ESTABLISHMENT OF 660 PERSONS IS BASED ON 500 BEDS IN HOSPITALS AND CLINICAL ROOMS IN THE AREA, EXCLUDING THOSE UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CORPORATION'S PRIMARY HEALTH CARE STATIONS; SALARY FUND: EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE COST PRICE IN LINE WITH ABILITY AND SIMILAR TO LABOR IN THE PRODUCTION AREA OF THE CORPORATION ACCORDING TO CURRENT REGULATIONS. DURING IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE IS A TRANSFER OF THE STAFF ESTABLISHMENT FOR HEALTH AFFAIRS OUTSIDE THE CORPORATION TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, IT SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE REGULATIONS.

THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MINISTRY AND VIETNAM RUBBER JOINT STOCK CORPORATION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE./. civil servant position,

DECISION:

Article 1. The General Vietnam Rubber Corporation is authorized to recruit, manage, and utilize the health care establishment staff quota under its jurisdiction in accordance with the management requirements of the rubber industry, specifically as follows:

Labor: A quota of 660 personnel for 500 hospital beds and clinic beds in the area, excluding those from the primary healthcare stations managed by the Corporation; Salary Fund: To be included in production costs in line with the Corporation's capacity and similar to labor in the production sector according to current regulations.

Article 2. During implementation, if there is a transfer of management of the health care establishment staff quota out of the Corporation to other organizations, it shall be carried out in accordance with the State's regulations.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry and the General Vietnam Rubber Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision from the date of signing./.
