Issuing the List of Rare Livestock Germplasm to be Preserved
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Breeds of Livestock Ordinance No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Session 11;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of Rare Livestock Breeds Germplasm to be Preserved is hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
