THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries.
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto:
1. The supplementary list of animal feed and animal feed raw materials imported into Vietnam according to HS codes.
2. The list adjusting HS codes and some information on imported animal feed and animal feed raw materials into Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals both within and outside the country involved in importing animal feed and animal feed raw materials into Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
