Regarding the withdrawal of Vietnamese citizenship

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998.
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 87/TTr-CP dated June 6, 2006 and the Memorandum No. 90/TTr-CP dated June 22, 2006,
DECISION:
Article 1. To revoke Vietnamese citizenship for 49 citizens currently residing in Vietnam (listed in the attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the citizens named in Clause 1 of this Decision are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
