Pursuant to the Land Law dated July 14, 1993 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Land Law dated December 2, 1998;
This Circular attaches technical inspection procedures for hand cranes used to raise and lower ammunition in the Ministry of National Defense. Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).In response to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province (document number 1519/TT-UB dated August 28, 1999) and the Land Administration General Department (report number 1359/TT-TCDC dated September 9, 1999),
DECISION:
Article 1. Recover 21.95 hectares of land at Nghia Chanh Commune, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province and allocate it entirely to the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Quang Ngai City for the construction of Thien But Park phase 1, stage 1.
The location and boundaries of the land area are determined according to the map extract (sheet number 3 + 4 of Nghia Chanh Commune) established by the Quang Ngai Provincial Land Administration on August 27, 1999.
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 1 of this Decision, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province shall be responsible for:
1. Determining the specific boundary markers of the land area on the map and on-site, registering them in the State land registry;
2. Guiding compensation for losses for land users whose land is being recovered, organizing site clearance to ensure project construction progress;
3. Strictly monitoring land use and environmental protection in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Ministers of Construction and Finance, the General Director of the Land Administration General Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai City, the Director of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Quang Ngai City, and the heads of relevant departments are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
