GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;
Considering the proposal of the Organization and Cadres Department Director and the Government Inspectorate Office Director,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulations on functions, tasks, powers, organization, and operation of the Government Inspectorate Office".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 1586/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008 of the Chief Inspector promulgating the Regulations on functions, tasks, powers, organization, and operation of the Government Inspectorate Office.
Article 3. The Government Inspectorate Office Director, the Organization and Cadres Department Director, and the heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
