DECISION
Regarding the allocation of land to the Urban Transportation Project Management Board under the Hanoi Department of Transport for the construction of a road section from the Museum of Ethnic Cultures to the Institute of Physics

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Land Law dated July 14, 1993 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Land Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Hanoi People's Committee (document number 49/TTr-UB dated August 10, 1999) and the report of the Land Administration General Department (report number 1360/TT-TCĐC dated September 9, 1999),
DECISION:
Article 1. Recovering 55,904 square meters of land (including: 25,536 square meters in Cong Vien and Ngoc Khanh wards, Ba Dinh district, and 30,368 square meters in Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city) and allocating the entire recovered area to the Urban Transportation Project Management Board under the Hanoi Department of Transport for the construction of a road section from the Museum of Ethnic Cultures to the Institute of Physics (part of the Ngoc Khanh - Nghia Do Dyke Road).
The location and boundaries of the land area are determined according to the red-line plan at a scale of 1/500 prepared by the Construction Planning Design Institute on December 6, 1993, approved by the Chief Architect of Hanoi City in document number 609/KTST-QH dated March 25, 1997 (section Dyke Buoi - Ngoc Khanh) and the red-line plan at a scale of 1/500 prepared by the Hanoi Construction Planning Design Institute on December 31, 1996, approved by the Chief Architect of Hanoi City on March 25, 1997 (section Dyke Buoi - Nghia Do); confirmed by the Hanoi Land and Real Estate Department on August 2, 1999.
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 1 of this Decision, the Hanoi People's Committee shall be responsible for:
1. Determining specific boundary markers of the land area on maps and on-site, registering in the State land registry;
2. Guiding compensation for losses suffered by land users whose land is being recovered, organizing relocation of residents to new locations, and ensuring early stabilization of life for households that need to move;
3. Strictly monitoring the use of land in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries of Transport, Finance, Construction, Planning and Investment, the Director-General of the Land Administration General Department, the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, the Director of the Hanoi Department of Transport, the Director of the Urban Transportation Project Management Board, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
