WHEREAS, on the basis of Resolution No. 10 dated April 10, 1965 of the National Assembly delegating certain powers to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in new circumstances,
Following the report by the Government on the draft State budget for 1970,
Following the presentation by the Planning and Budget Committee of the National Assembly,
RESOLVES:
To approve the State budget for 1970 as follows:
- Total revenue: four billion five million dong (4,005,000,000đ,00);
- Total expenditure: four billion five million dong (4,005,000,000đ,00).
