Pursuant to the Land Law dated July 14, 1993 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Land Law dated December 2, 1998;
This Circular attaches technical inspection procedures for hand cranes used to raise and lower ammunition in the Ministry of National Defense. Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).at the request of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province (document number 1609/TT-UB dated August 13, 1999), and the Land Administration (report number 1354/TT-TCĐC dated September 8, 1999),
DECISION:
Article 1. To reclaim 464,700 square meters of land belonging to Thuy Phuong commune, Huong Thuy district, Thua Thien Hue province, and allocate the entire reclaimed area to the Hue Environmental and Urban Construction Company for the construction of a public cemetery in the southern part of Hue city according to the approved investment project.
The location and boundaries of the land plot are determined based on the current status map of the land plot with a scale of 1/2000 established by the Land Department of Thua Thien Hue province on July 19, 1999.
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 1 of this Decision, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province shall be responsible for:
1. Determining the specific boundary markers of the land plot on the map and on-site, registering them in the state land registry;
2. Guiding the implementation of compensation for losses to land users whose land is being reclaimed, ensuring the clearance of the site to meet the construction schedule;
3. Strictly managing the use of land, architectural construction, and environmental protection in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Ministers of Finance, Construction, Planning and Investment, Science and Technology, and Environment; the Director General of the Land Administration; the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province; the Director of the Hue Environmental and Urban Construction Company; and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
