THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decision No. 78/2002/QĐ-TTg dated June 17, 2002 of the Government Prime Minister amending and supplementing Decision No. 170/1999/QĐ-TTg dated August 19, 1999 encouraging overseas Vietnamese to transfer money back to Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government onthe duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 978/BGTVT-TCKT dated April 4, 2000);
In accordance with the proposal of the Director General of the Tax GeneralDepartment;
DECISION:
Article 1: Issued together with this Decision is the Table of Toll Rates for the use ofNational Highway 20 at Toll Station Km 51+940 Ding Quan-Dong Nai from Km0 toKm 128 and at Toll Station Km 203+500 Duc Trong-Lam Dong from Km129 to Km232.
The toll rates set forth herein shall apply to the objects of collection andpayment as prescribed in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of theMinistry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by theState, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry ofFinance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n,Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministryof Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministryof Finance amending and supplementing Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTCdated April 27, 1998.
Article 2: The National Highway 20 Toll Collection Office at Toll Station Km 51+940Ding Quan-Dong Nai and Toll Station Km 203+500 Duc Trong-Lam Dong shallimplement the collection, payment, and management of toll revenues in accordancewith Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Financetowards the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 ofthe Government and fees and charges under the State budget.
Article 3:This decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 4:Organizations and individuals subject to payment of tolls, units assigned bythe Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls on NationalHighway 20, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing thisDecision.
