DECREE
NO. 89 DATE AUGUST 2, 1949
CHAIRMAN
VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
The position of General Inspector of the Ministry of Agriculture is hereby abolished.
Article 2
The Minister of Agriculture shall implement this Decree.
