ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE HIGH QUALITY SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN HANOI, THUA THIEN-HUE AND HO CHI MINH CITY
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training;
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Construct three secondary schools: Chu Van An (Hanoi), Quoc Hoc Hue (Thua Thien - Hue), Le Hong Phong (Ho Chi Minh City) into high quality secondary schools, exemplary throughout the country.
Entrust the Minister of Education and Training to directly guide the People's Committee of Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien - Hue Province in implementing the project to build three high quality secondary schools that have been approved by the Prime Minister.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe State Planning Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education and Training, along with the People's Committees of the aforementioned cities and province, allocate the budget for investment in the national plan from 1996 to 2000 and annually for the three schools according to the investment project that has been approved by competent state agencies.
Relevant ministries, sectors, and national scientific research centers are responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Education and Training and the People's Committees of Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien - Hue Province during the process of constructing the three high quality secondary schools.
Article 3. The Minister of Education and Training, Chairman of the State Planning Commission, Minister of Finance, Chairmen of the People's Committees of Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien - Hue Province, and other ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision.
