DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the supplementation of funds for drug prevention work in 1999

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the Minister of Finance in document number 3961/TC-VI dated August 12, 1999,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Finance supplements funds for the Drug Prevention Program in 1999 with VND 8,000,000,000 (eight billion dong) from the contingency fund of the state budget for 1999.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Chairman of the National Committee on Drug Prevention, the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
