DECISION
Regarding financial support for Tuyen Quang Province to address flood aftermath
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province and the Government Working Group,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing VND 30 billion (thirty billion dong) from the central government budget reserve for the year 2001 to provide capital for basic construction investment in Tuyen Quang Province to restore and repair transportation and irrigation works; to restore or adjust crop structures on cultivated land buried by floods and other urgent projects damaged by floods.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province shall be responsible for using this funding for its intended purpose.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Development, the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
