Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department andthe Director of Agency III,

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, organization, and activities of the Agency for Handling Complaints and Prosecutions and Inspection Region 3" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 1575/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008 of the General Inspector regarding the issuance of the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, organization, and activities of the Agency for Handling Complaints and Prosecutions and Inspection Region 3, and Decision No. 2649/QD-TTCP dated November 27, 2008 of the General Inspector regarding the establishment of the Administrative and Financial Management Office under Agency III.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of Agency III, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
