Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;

Issued herewith with this Decision are the "Regulations on functions, tasks, powers, organization, and operation of the Agency for Handling Petitions and Inspections in Region 2."

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 1583/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008 of the General Inspector regarding the issuance of Regulations on functions, tasks, powers, organization, and operation of the Agency for Handling Petitions and Inspections in Region 2.

Article 2. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Director of Agency II, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Cadre Organization Department, the Director of Bureau II, and the Heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
