REGARDING THE TRANSITION TO NEW SALARIES
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decree No. 26/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government providing for the temporary new salary system in enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 12/LB-TT dated June 2, 1993 of the Joint Ministries guiding the transition from old to new salaries for workers and staff in enterprises pending registration and classification of enterprises;
At the proposal of the Head of the Unit and the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department,
DECIDES
Article 1: Temporarily transition to the new salary for Comrade Hoang Thanh Tuynh - Director of Sam Son Rest House at the rank of economic officer grade 4/6 with a factor of 4.10. The basic salary shall be effective from January 1, 1993.
Article 2: Comrade Hoang Thanh Tuynh shall temporarily enjoy the position allowance with a factor of 0.40 until the Sam Son Rest House is officially classified as an enterprise.
Article 3: The Directors of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Financial Management and Administration Department, the Heads of Units, and Comrade Ho Xuan Hai are responsible for implementing this decision./.
