DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Regarding the transfer of Phú Yên Tobacco Factory
to become a subsidiary enterprise of Khánh Việt Corporation
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 22, 2001 of the Government on tobacco production and trading activities;
Pursuant to Circular No. 371/CP-ĐMDN dated April 3, 2003 of the Government regarding Khánh Việt Corporation's reception of two tobacco factories in Nghệ An and Phú Yên;
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. Transfer Phú Yên Tobacco Factory in its current state to become a subsidiary enterprise of Khánh Việt Corporation in Khánh Hòa Province.
Article 2. Direct Khánh Việt Corporation to organize the reception of Phú Yên Tobacco Factory in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the State..
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Board of Directors of Khánh Việt Corporation, and the Director of Phú Yên Tobacco Factory shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
